What if there is an error or question on payment?
The CarrierCloud software and switch system has been built to the highest standards and operates on fail-over systems architecture. It’s helpful to understand how CarrierCloud’s internal system works.
CarrierCloud bills the Buyer and credits the Seller at the end of every call, using the same CarrierCloud-generated CDRs, so you do not have to waste time reconciling CDRs. CarrierCloud remains neutral at all times and the Buyer and Seller see the same exact CDRs, so neither party has any “advantage” over the other.
In the rare case that a payment has not been credited into your account it could be due to a banking holiday in the sender’s country or the USA; for any other reason simply send and email to support (at) CarrierCloud.com and a real human will respond quickly to help resolve the situation.
The switch technology is extremely sophisticated, but we have real humans involved in checking and posting wire transfers in and wire transfers out. This is to assure accuracy, and also establishes the highest credibility, because there will be real humans to communicate with in that rare case that there may be any issue to resolve.
The way the system is designed and operates we are 100% certain that no payments can be “lost” or “misdirected”, and that any doubts can be resolved within hours.
-
