Introducing Private Trading Rooms
Private Rooms with Escrow – for Invited Buyers Only
Sellers can now restrict who can view and/or who can buy a specific Rate Sheet “by invitation only”.
The Selling process is not much different. The only thing a Seller has to do during the simple Rate Sheet upload process is designate that Rate Sheet as “Private” and assign a password. This creates what we call a Private Room.
Sellers can invite Buyers to a Private Room and give them access to a specific Rate Sheet that is available only in that Private Room. The Seller can see all of the Buyers. However, to maintain privacy, Buyers can only see the Seller and not other Buyers.
When a Seller designates a Rate Sheet as “Private”, CarrierCloud generates a special URL link for that Private Room Rate Sheet. Sellers send that custom link, along with a password, to Buyers they want to invite to use that Rate Sheet.
This is a perfect way to offer special routes or special discounts to select Buyers “by invitation only”. And it all comes with built-in escrow service.
Low Private Room Fees include 100% Funds Guarantee
CarrierCloud Private Room with Escrow has no additional fees for Buyers or Sellers.
We simply add a small fee of 5% with a minimum of 0.001 and a maximum of 0.02 per minute of traffic.
Buyers do not pay any fee, which helps keep prices low and will attract more Buyers. Sellers don’t pay a fee, either because our small markup is automatic so that the Seller receives exactly the rate/price that was in the rate sheet he originally uploaded.
The $595 signup fee* has been waived at the present time, and there is no minimum monthly fee.
The CarrierCloud system, and the Private Room option, are easy to set up – it’s all self-provisioned and automatic.
All other CarrierCloud features and benefits are included as part of the Private Room service, including self-provisioning, online account lookup, and real-time access to CDRs for both Seller and Buyer.
This fee structure makes the CarrierCloud the lowest-cost Private Room secure escrow and online switch services available.
