Transparent Access to CDRs CarrierCloud ‘s online switch keeps details of every call – complete CDR information for each call is available in real time. This way, there are no CDR mismatches – every transaction is clear and transparent. Sellers and Buyers can access CDRs at any time, in real time.

Immediate Funds Availability Some escrow services – even the most well-known - can tie up your funds for days at a time. But CarrierCloud will credit your funds immediately upon receipt, and will pay out funds the same day of request.

Your funds remain YOUR funds (until you send traffic) Our system treats your funds as under your control, until you send traffic. Funds are immediately paid to the Seller’s account on a call-by-call basis.

This means that a Buyer never has to prepay more than his current use, and guarantees that a Buyer’s funds are never held hostage by disagreements over CDRs. A Buyer can request a return of unspent funds at any time. Sellers get paid immediately.

Sellers have No Risk Sellers are 100% guaranteed to be be paid for every minute of traffic – on a call-by-call basis. Same-day payments are possible. CDR disputes are eliminated, because the Buyer and Seller use the same CarrierCloud CDRs. Sellers get paid at the exact rate they asked for on the rate sheet they uploaded, with no deductions.

No Extra Fees – what you see is what you get There are no extra or hidden fees with CarrierCloud. Buyers pay only the price they see on the website or on the rate sheets they download. Sellers get paid the exact price they asked for in the rate sheets they uploaded. CarrierCloud makes a small profit by marking up the Seller’s asking price. It’s important to remember that the Buyer pays no extra fees and that the Seller receives the exact price asked.

For Private Room escrow transactions, Seller’s indicate that the rate sheet is to be Private. In that case, we mark up the Seller’s original asking price by 5% during the rate sheet upload process. That means Buyers or Sellers pay no extra fees for Private Trading Room transactions and traffic. Throughout the CarrierCloud system – what you see is what you get. There are no hidden fees.

Introducing Private Trading Rooms

Private Rooms with Escrow – for Invited Buyers Only
Sellers can now restrict who can view and/or who can buy a specific Rate Sheet “by invitation only”.

The Selling process is not much different. The only thing a Seller has to do during the simple Rate Sheet upload process is designate that Rate Sheet as “Private” and assign a password. This creates what we call a Private Room.

Sellers can invite Buyers to a Private Room and give them access to a specific Rate Sheet that is available only in that Private Room. The Seller can see all of the Buyers. However, to maintain privacy, Buyers can only see the Seller and not other Buyers.

When a Seller designates a Rate Sheet as “Private”, CarrierCloud generates a special URL link for that Private Room Rate Sheet. Sellers send that custom link, along with a password, to Buyers they want to invite to use that Rate Sheet.

This is a perfect way to offer special routes or special discounts to select Buyers “by invitation only”. And it all comes with built-in escrow service.

Low Private Room Fees include 100% Funds Guarantee CarrierCloud Private Room with Escrow has no additional fees for Buyers or Sellers. We simply add a small fee of 5% with a minimum of 0.001 and a maximum of 0.02 per minute of traffic.

Buyers do not pay any fee, which helps keep prices low and will attract more Buyers. Sellers don’t pay a fee, either because our small markup is automatic so that the Seller receives exactly the rate/price that was in the rate sheet he originally uploaded.

The $595 signup fee* has been waived at the present time, and there is no minimum monthly fee.

The CarrierCloud system, and the Private Room option, are easy to set up – it’s all self-provisioned and automatic.

All other CarrierCloud features and benefits are included as part of the Private Room service, including self-provisioning, online account lookup, and real-time access to CDRs for both Seller and Buyer.

This fee structure makes the CarrierCloud the lowest-cost Private Room secure escrow and online switch services available.
